Follow these steps to get started with SciPathJ

Download

Download the appropriate version for your system from the options above.

Extract

Extract the downloaded archive to your preferred location. For the ImageJ plugin, place the .jar file in the plugins folder.

Run

For standalone: run the executable or launch via Java. For ImageJ: restart ImageJ and find SciPathJ in the Plugins menu.
